Great location, close to Central and bar street. Quiet alley. Comfortable room. Comfy bed. Close to Pullman Hotel bars. Five minutes from Central Plaza. Easy access to street food, restaurants, and bars. Deluxe room perfect for price. Good wifi signal.

The friendliness of the staff has to be emphasized and the fact that the hotel has gotten on in years and nothing is done is rather standard (not only, but especially in Thailand).
Since I was the only guest for one day, later a few more guests, the scantiness of the breakfast (despite egg station) was unmistakable.

The hotel has a central location, making it easy to access tourist attractions and shopping centers. The staff were welcoming and accommodating. I enjoyed the daily breakfast buffet and the clean and comfortable bed provided for a great night's sleep.
The room was quite basic and lacked some modern amenities such as USB charging ports. The Wi-Fi connection was weak and slow at times, making it difficult to use my devices.

Moreover, there are various transportation options available near the hotel, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, and just a short walk away from the department store and several bars. Although situated in a dirty alley, the hotel rooms offer comfortable mattresses and clean bathrooms. the hotel parking lot provides ample space for cars, making parking a hassle-free experience.
The hotel staff was unreliable and unhelpful, causing issues with payment and service throughout the stay.

The hotel had a great location, close to the train station and shopping areas. the room was affordable and had a good-sized fridge. the breakfast was decent with several options.
The hotel needs a lot of maintenance and updating. the walls were thin and we could hear everything that was happening in the neighbouring rooms.
